The concept of the housing estate is represented by four sections located in the center of Zaporizhia. The main task of the architects was to incorporate modern buildings into the existing buildings of the historic part of the city in Soviet constructivism style with a significant number of historical and cultural monuments. Designers also paid a lot of attention to landscape design.
The housing estate turned out to be as comfortable as possible thanks to modern technologies, materials, as well as architectural and planning solutions.
