Our project team successfully conquers new places on the world map. One of these was the city of Matamve on Zanzibar island (Tanzania).The goal of architects and designers was to create a grandiose hotel complex of premium class, in which the guests will want to return again and again. The hotel is located on a cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean and Mnemba atoll, surrounded by unspoilt nature, far from the city and the hustle and bustle. The complex includes cottages, townhouses and detached villas in a modern style. Around each house there is a well-groomed area with a swimming pool and a barbecue area. On the territory of the hotel complex will be located a shopping and entertainment center, a SPA-center, playing fields, playgrounds, swimming pools and restaurants.
