The 25-storey building in the center of Kharkiv withstands the style of the residential complex “Lazurny”, continuing its concept.
An interesting request was to consider the transition from brick to glazing on the facade. From the outside, the facade looks very impressive – the luster of the glass evokes associations with water pouring from the sky, and thanks to the original masonry, the facade looks three-dimensional. The combination of materials becomes contrasting due to the bricks texture, which emphasizes the beauty of the glass facade.
