Multifunctional housing estate “Olympiiski” guarantees safety and comfort of its residents. Our project’s specialists provided parking spaces for residents, movement facilities for people with reduced mobility, pedestrians and cyclists. In addition, lightning protection and earthing were designed. Gas-fired boilers are used as the source of heating in the buildings. The three-dimensional solution is represented by a frameless structural system with load-bearing walls. We create the highest level of comfort in all settings and achieve the targests competently, which ensures the successful implementation of the project.
